Information security: The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we take the steps required by law to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk.
General overview: AltPump acts on your behalf on the Cryptocurrency exchanges that we support (Binance.com and KuCoin.com at the time of writing). AltPump allows you to place trades incredibly fast giving you the advantage within the special niche in the Cryptocurrency space; Pump and Dumps. A high risk, high reward trade where ten's of thousands of people all purchase the same symbol at the same time, shooting the price very high for it to come back down fast within seconds to minutes later. Using a bot like AltPump allows you to be one of the first groups of people to purchase, giving you a great entry price!
This is all possible by the use of API Credentials, which you are subject to the exchanges API Terms of Service. When connecting your exchange account to AltPump, you must provide AltPump a set of API Credentials as this is the only way we are able to safely interact with your account.
To use the bot, you'll need funds in your exchange account (to actually place a trade), and Credits on AltPump. Credits is what powers the Bot and we charge on a Pay As You Go basis. You must buy Credits or use Test Mode to continue using the Bot.
VAT and additional costs: Currently at the time of writing there are no additional fees such as VAT on your purchases. When VAT is added to orders, you will receive less Credits to reflect the VAT difference (20% of sale). For example, if the rate was 1$ for 1 Credit, you would receive 0.8 Credits for every 1$ spent.
Payment methods: AltPump only accept payments in the form of Cryptocurrency. We have a diverse array of coins to select from and pay with using our automated payment system.
Pricing may change at any time without notice, this is to meet with demand, user flow control and so on.
Finally, AltPump does not offer refunds when purchasing digital assets such as Credits. Unless required by law, all sales are considered final.
General: Customer care is extremely important to us. We will do our best to help get you set up or debug any issues you may have. The fastest way to get support and/or contact an admin, is via our Discord Server. If you need to speak with a member of staff and up, please create a Ticket within the Discord server.
Questions about your account: If you are experiencing technical difficulties you can get in touch with us via the Discord server, as described above. Due to nature of urgency, expect very fast response times.
Changing or cancelling your trades/purchases: If you experienced an error, you will be reimbursed the credits spent due to the AltPump trade fees. Once you are in-trade you cannot modify your trade configuration, however, you will be able to exit your position immediaitely. If you intended to buy Credits and already sent some funds but not enough to fulfil the order, and you wish to cancel, you will lose your payment balance and would have to start over.
Website information: While we try to ensure that information on the Website is correct, we do not promise it is accurate or complete. We may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the functionality, Products and prices described on it, at any time without notice. The material on the Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update that material.
Exclusion of terms: We provide you with access to and use of the Website on the basis that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, undertakings and other terms in relation to the Website and your use of it (including any representations, warranties, conditions, undertakings and other terms which might otherwise apply to the Website and your use of it, or be otherwise implied or incorporated into these Website Terms, by statute, common law or otherwise).
General: Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights.
Exclusion of liability: We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the Website (including the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Website) for: any losses on trades, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss.
Limitation of liability: Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Website or your use of it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed twice the value of your trade credit fee.
Additional costs: You assume full and sole responsibility for any additional or associated costs that you may incur in connection with or as a result of your use of the Website, including without limitation costs relating to the purchase of Credits, software or data that you may own, lease, license or otherwise use.
Grounds for termination: AltPump may terminate your account without any notice at any time, if we believe you to be using our services outside of its scope to cause malacious harm. Ensuring a clean community is our top priority and we will not tolerate any miss behaviour or breach of terms.
Grounds for termination would normally remain disclosed, however in some circumstances, you may request a reasoning.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Website Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
Our performance under these Website Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that any Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring any Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these Website Terms may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
